In this position you will provide legal support at the countries in South East Europe, securing that all legal parameters are covered, while at the same time satisfying departments' requests.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·     To support the corporate, commercial and contractual legal matters, including litigation in connection with all sales, outstanding debts and distribution matters within that geographical region
·     To secure the application of all necessary corporate and compliance policies
·     To act as a contact person for both internal clients and all competent public authorities (tax, customs, labor, judicial etc. ) in all legal matters
·     To coordinate external specialist lawyers
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
 
·     LLM degree in Law as a fully qualified lawyer
·     5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a multinational environment
·     Excellent Greek and English language, both written and spoken
·     Proficient MS-Office user
·     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an intercultural mindset
·     Action oriented and solution minded team player
